All classes are by donation!
Most yogis leave us $8 - 15, some more, some less.


Notes on selecting classes:

Guided Primary & Half-Primary Classes: Instruction on the postures themselves will be limited in guided classes, but questions are welcome before or after. If you are not yet completely familiar with the entire series, you are still welcome to attend and practice as is appropriate, then sit and observe. It is recommended that you have attended regular Ashtanga classes or practiced consistently for at least 6 months to a year.

All levels welcomed at our mysore classes, including complete beginners.

There is no instruction during the early a.m. self-practice.

Ongoing Beginner and Level 1 classes cover the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and direct students into the mysore classes.
