New Beginner's Class Details -
Introduction to the Ashtanga Practice

6:30 - 7:30 Tuesday evenings, 6 wks: 6/16 through 7/14.
No class 7/21, and then the last class will meet on 7/28.
Class may continue in Sept. if demand is there.
Come for some classes or for all 6 wks. You may drop in at any point.
Come as you are and learn basics. Discussion and questions welcomed.
Learn from The Very Beginning, or learn more about how to:

* Link breath with every movement.
* Start your ashtanga practice with Sun Salutes A & B.
* Breathe in the standing sequence of poses and the transitions that link them together.
* Close your practice gently and take a deep rest.
* Take home a short practice you can use independently, every day - even if you only have 15 minutes.
